INTRODUCING MIE MATCHA

Sourced from Mie, Japan's third-largest tea growing prefecture, this matcha comes from the same hills above Ise Bay that have supplied Japan's tea trade since the Muromachi period. Mie is the country's leading producer of kabusecha, tea shaded before harvest to deepen umami and colour, and that same shading tradition shapes the matcha we've brought home. Rich, rounded and quietly complex, it's matcha that doesn't need a comparison to make its case.
