These terms apply to all subscriptions purchased through Matcha Society Pty Ltd. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

All subscriptions are subject to the following terms

Pricing Changes

Subscription fees may be updated at any time at our discretion.

By keeping an active subscription, you agree to any revised pricing going forward.

Subscription Continuity

A change in pricing does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Your subscription remains active until formally cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Minimum Commitment (Important)

All subscriptions include a minimum of three (3) deliveries and will renew automatically for your convenience.

Subscribers are required to honour this minimum period agreed upon at the time of sign-up.

Early Cancellation Fee (Important)

Should you wish to cancel before completing your three (3) minimum deliveries, an early cancellation fee will apply.

This fee is equal to the total value of discounts received on your subscription orders up to the point of cancellation.

How to Cancel

Once your minimum commitment period has been fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

We also reserve the right to cancel any subscription at our discretion and without prior notice.

Agreement to Terms

Purchasing a subscription confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including any amendments we may make in the future.
