We recommend refrigerating your matcha after opening. Always use a clean, dry scoop and allow the sealed tin to reach room temperature before opening if it has been refrigerated, to prevent condensation.
For the best experience, enjoy your matcha as fresh as possible.
For a matcha latte, whisk 3g of matcha with 50ml of hot water (75–80°C) until smooth and frothy. Pour over 150ml of your preferred milk, served hot or iced.
For traditional matcha (Usucha), whisk 2g of matcha with 70ml of hot water (75–80°C).
Adjust the ratios to your preferred strength and taste.
