How to make Cold Matcha Foam on Coconut Water

Matcha Cold Foam on Coconut Water has been extremely popular in Melbourne Australia - and It's incredibly friendly to make at home!

Ingredients required: 

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  •  2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

 

Recipe

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather Matcha powder and chilled coconut water.
  2. Whisk Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk Matcha powder with a splash of coconut water until well combined and frothy.
  3. Chill Coconut Water: Pour chilled coconut water into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with Matcha Foam: Gently spoon the Matcha foam over the chilled coconut water. 
  5. Enjoy: Stir gently to combine, and savor the creamy, antioxidant-rich beverage that's perfect for staying refreshed and energized.

 

Tip:

Remember that cold foam will increase in volume as it froths, so it’s a no no to overfill the French press. Be sure not to under-fill the French press either, or the plunger won’t reach the ingredients and it won’t create cold foam. Make sure the filter is touching the liquid before moving the plunger.
